Yes of course you need another handy little iPhone charger cable. OK, so there are one or two iPhone charger cables out there. One we like is the Nomad. But a new entrant has just popped on Kickstarter, namely Popcord.
With 5 days to go before it ends it’s kickstarter campaign, it’s passed it’s target of £20,000 raised to reach over £33,000.
Personally I think I could get used to this little device. It’s handiness comes from the fact that it comes with both a micro USB and Apple lightning connector, making it compatible with the majority of smartphones.
It’s well designed, elegant, and comes in different colours (gunmetal/black, silver/white, gunmetal/red, and gold/black, and pink is now planned).
You can rake it from your key ring, plug it into any USB port, and top up your phone’s battery on the go.
Popcord is made of precision cast zinc and a flexible rubber cord. Weighing in at approximately 12 grams, it measures 4 inches when extended, and 2.5 when closed.
